In progress: The assembly of balustrades in the galleries is in progress. Facade works have been completed. Works on the electrical, sanitary and ventilation installations are in progress. Works related to the development of the investment area are in progress. The assembly of the elevator has been completed. The floors of the balconies and the gallery of the mezzanine level were finished. The fence is being assembled. The following connections have been completed and accepted: power, plumbing, MPEC. The construction of the garage resin surface has begun. A garage door has been installed.

In progress: Installation of balcony railings on all buildings has been completed. The balustrades are being installed in the galleries. Insulation of the building is in progress, together with the installation of elevation bricks on building C and D. The assembly of the door system on building A, B, C and D has been completed. Electrical, sanitary and ventilation installations are in progress. Works related to the development of the investment area have commenced. The installation of sanitary, electrical and ventilation systems in the garage has been completed. The assembly of the elevator has started. The floors of the balconies and gallery of the Mezzanine level were finished. The fence is being assembled.

Assembly of gallery railings is in progress. Works on electrical, sanitary and ventilation installations are in progress. Works related to the development of the investment area have started. The garage hall lighting is being installed.

Completed: Plastering works in building A, B, C and D. Roof covering and roof flashings on building A, B, C and D. Installation of windows for buildings A, B, C and D. Installation of garage door fittings. Freon installations in buildings A, B, C and D were made.

In progress: Thermal insulation of the building and installation of elevation bricks on building C and D, installation of window system on building C and D. Installation of thermal insulation in the garage. The assembly of balcony balustrades for building A and B has started. Floor layers for buildings C and D. Work is underway on the electrical, sanitary and ventilation systems.
